HYBRID (50/50)
50% strength and 50% endurance in a single session. A complete and efficient workout, ideal when you can’t dedicate specific sessions to each capacity and as a solid base for HYROX, running or other endurance sports.

HYBRID (Strength)
100% dedicated to strength work. Designed as the foundation of training and a key complement to Endurance sessions within our HYBRID method. Perfect to improve your performance in disciplines like HYROX, running, cycling or CrossFit.

HYBRID (Endurance)
100% dedicated to endurance work. Designed as a key complement to Strength sessions within a polarized training approach. Combine them to develop your aerobic capacity and take your hybrid performance to the next level.

CrossFit
A mix of gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic work, all at high intensity. Perfect if you’re looking for total performance, explosive strength and constantly tackling new challenges.

HYROX
